We are a family run business, situated in Hampshire, dedicated to making traditional wooden toys for children of all ages that will last for ever and give years of pleasure to their owners. We pride ourselves in supplying superior quality merchandise at affordable prices. All our toys are finished using oils, varnishes and archival quality paints manufactured to British Safety Standards and we are members of The Guild of Rocking Horse Makers (Membership No. 1183) since 2007.
In recent years there has been a steady growth of individuals who have attempted to make rocking horses which has been encouraged by a wider interest in this wonderful toy. Due to their size, in past years, the public have collected other smaller toys such as dolls or teddy bears but a growing number of enthusiasts and collectors have now recognised the increasing value of rocking horses. As well as providing fun for the children, we realise at Just Tradtional Toys that these beautiful wooden horses are very collectable and will keep their value, or increase in value in coming years.
